- B.C. Offshore Schools.
The Province intends to enter into Standing Arrangements in the form set out in Appendix A – Standing Arrangement with all Respondents who have met all mandatory criteria, including meeting all minimum scores (if any), and have passed all rated criteria. The anticipated term of each Standing Arrangement is from September 15, 2022, to July 31, 2023. The Province reserves the right, at its sole option, to extend a Standing Arrangement for up to four additional one-year terms, on the same terms and conditions, except as otherwise agreement in accordance with section 17.24 of the Standing Arrangement.
The Inspection Services are to be provided on an as, if, and when requested basis and no representations, commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the timing, number, or value of Service Requests that may be issued to a Contractor over the term. Service Requests are issued in accordance with the Call Off Process, described in section 5.0 and section 6.0 of Appendix A – Standing Arrangement.
A Standing Arrangement established pursuant to this RSA does not confer an exclusive right to provide the Inspection Services to the Province. The Province reserves the right to procure the Inspection Services by any other means, including use of other agreements, or by other procurement or contracting methods.
