Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to provide cost consulting services on an as, if, and when required basis for the period of September 2022 to August 2026, with PavCo’s option and sole discretion to renew for two (2) additional one year terms.  PavCo owns and operates the BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Convention Centre and therefore expects the Consultant to provide cost consulting services to both facilities.
