Description
The Province seeks to engage a qualified Proponent to provide prime consulting services for the life cycle extension of the North Fraser Pre-trial centre, located at 1451 Kingsway Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC. The successful Proponent will be required to lead and manage a consulting team, made up of architects, engineers (mechanical, electrical, structural) and a quantity surveyor to provide (but not limited to) design documentation (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Design; as applicable), cost estimation, tender support and construction administration including close-out and warranty stages
