Project Description:Lansdowne Mental Health Services Unit (LDC MHSU) located at Lansdowne Centre in Kamloops, BC consists of a Tenant Improvement for Interior Health at 235/237-239 Lansdowne St, Kamloops B.C. The Lower level is approximately 3000 square feet. The lower level will be retrofitted into treatment rooms, a medication room, administration area, Intensive Case Management, Outpatient Withdrawal Management (OWM), Opioid Agonist Treatment, Overdose Prevention Services (ODPS) workspace, charting room, team/group space, Supervised Consumption Site area, and a Life Skills area. Project Requirements:Renovate existing main floor for MHSU. Create a Safe Consumption Space complete with separate entrance. Create a client waiting area. Add Treatment rooms. Add Secure Medication Room. Add Worker Touchdown locations. Create a Locked room for Digital Health. New lighting where required. Update Intrusion and Access Control system along with duress and overhead page.
