By way of this RFP the province seeks proposals from experienced application development vendors to provide technical services related to the business analysis design, development, implementation, and maintenance of these noted systems in British Columbia;
The Integrated Petroleum System (IPS) has multiple components and requires ongoing maintenance and support. Integrated Petroleum Systems (IPS) manages and administers the petroleum tenure information, processes financial information and revenue received, as well as the monthly petroleum and natural gas right sales. The Integrated Petroleum System Web Query Tool (IPSWeb) is the public facing web application that allows users to query the IPS database for Client and Petroleum Title information.
ePayments (EPAY) is a pre-authorized debit system which allows clients to pay provincial fees and annual rental costs associated with primary term titles and to pay fees and rentals associated with other title maintenance activities, such as continuations or extensions. ePAYNP is the nightly process that run against the EPAY application to process Refund Payments and update the EPAY system as per those transactions. This application also requires ongoing maintenance and support.
