Description
The scope of work shall include interior renovations to the upper and lower floors of an existing, two-storey building.
On the upper floor, works shall include the renovation of a portion of this floor level. Work shall include the construction of new interior walls, interior glazed screens and doors to reconfigure the existing space. Works also include a new reception area, new staff room/ kitchen, cellular and open plan office space, and associated storage, printing area, with new floor finishes, millwork, ceilings, lighting, HVAC etc.
On the lower floor, works shall include reconfiguration of the existing Credentialing Office, relocation of the server rack and associated Mechanical and Electrical works.
