Description
The Services include but are not limited to assessing the performance of the Province’s IT services, improving budgeting and informing future decisions about IT funding levels by conducting an IT cost benchmarking review to compare the Province’s IT costs to those of similar organizations. For clarity, throughout this RFP, similar organizations mean sub-national public sector organizations with greater than 25,000 employees.
The Contractor will supply cost benchmarking data, conduct detailed IT cost benchmarking analysis to compare the Province’s IT cost data with the Contractor’s benchmarking data, prepare a report outlining the findings and deliver presentations outlining the findings to OCIO.
