Description
Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) (the “Authority”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to E121-01 BCCDC – TB Clinic Relocation (the “Project”).

More information about the Project and the Services is set out in Appendix ‘A’.

Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Non-Acute Care Projects > 1M or Acute Care Projects >1M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for Non-Acute Care Projects > 1M or Acute Care Projects > 1M.

The Authority has not made arrangements for site visits New Leasing Site is to be selected upon Ministry of Infrastructure Approval.
