Description
In general the work consists of the following:
- Removal of existing four sections of earth rammed timber stairs and dispose of offsite
- Supply and install of new designed four sections of earth rammed stairs with stained handrails
- Supply and install aggregate and Cedar timber bordered pathways connecting stair runs in designated areas as shown on the drawings
- Removal of existing wood border on lower pathway
- Supply and install new wood border and resurface lower pathway
- Removal of existing non-functioning stone water fountain
- Rehabilitation as indicated on tender drawings
- Deliver works in the role of Prime Contractor
- Coordinate all elements of Environmental Protection- including but not limited to siltation management and coordinating Owner supplied Registered professional Biologist to monitor works in the identified Painted Turtle Habitat
- The Contractor shall attain Total Performance of the Work, as certified by the Ministry Representative, on or before the 20 day of June, 2023.
