    REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
    The City of New Westminster invites submissions for Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Plan in New Westminster, BC.

    The City is seeking Responses for the development of a Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Plan (CCARP). The City is developing a CCARP to define a path towards adapting, preparing, and building resilience for current and future climate impacts throughout the community and within the organization over a 25-year horizon. Recognizing that the City operates a municipal electric distribution utility, the project will need to highlight the role of reliable power in community resilience. Respondents are encouraged to work with sub-consultants for specialized tasks, as needed.
