The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites you to submit a firm price bid for the work, labour, and materials required in SE08 building and surroundings.
a) Demolition of existing staircase adjacent to the existing control room, portion of existing mezzanine and catwalks.
b) Construction of a new control room and associated areas with potential for other works to be priced separately.
c) Demolition of a portion of the exterior wall and construction of a new curtainwall entrance.
d) Removal of the existing boilers and installation of new systems.
e) Electrical scope includes the demolition of the existing systems and associated work to connect the new systems.
BCIT utilizes Bonfire for issuance of the bid documents and receipt of the Respondent submissions.
