Description
British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites you to submit a firm price quotation for this Invitation to Tender (ITT) of the work, labour, and materials required and/or implied outlined in the provided ITT documents. This ITT is issued for the demolition of the current food service outlet in SE12 building on the BCIT Burnaby Campus and construction of a new Tim Hortons per the specifications package. The equipment, furniture, fixtures and finishings shall be installed according to Tim Hortons standard specifications. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory. Confirmation of attendance must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled site visit date. Please send your confirmation via email to procurement@bcit.ca, addressed to Cheu Oui Lam, and reference the project as follows: PRJ94333 – SE12 Tim Hortons Renovation.
