Summary Details
The District of Summerland (the “District”) is requesting expressions of interest from residential developers who may be interested in the Summerland Eco-Village Development Opportunity, as further described below.
The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) is to ascertain market interest and to gather feedback that may be useful to the District with respect to a potential future procurement process or other initiative.
This RFEOI is not: (i) a call for tenders or competitive bid solicitation; (ii) a request for prequalification; (iii) a notice of intended procurement; or (iv) a notice of planned procurement.

Submissions must be received no later than the Opportunity Closing Date & Time. It is solely the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the submission is received on time. There will be no public opening.
