Description
Currently, there is One (1) commercial office building and Fifty-three (53) vacant land sites within the portfolio. The number of properties is anticipated to increase over the term of the contract as properties are acquired and sold and may include office and retail buildings, vacant land parcels, and strata titled properties.
The contract shall be for a term of three (3) years with three (3) optional renewal clauses of one (1) year each.
The required Commercial Property Management and Leasing Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Lease Administration;
• Accounting and Financial Reporting;
• Building, Facility, and Land Management;
• Support in Short and Long Term Asset Planning;
• Leasing Services; and,
• Strata Property Management.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
