Description
E-COMM has been committed to enhancing call handling solutions to ensure efficient and reliable communication operations, especially with the transition to NG911. With this transition, the importance of monitoring and event management capabilities can not be overstated. ECOMM is looking to procure a software solution which best meets our needs and is looking to enter into a 3 year contract with the option to renew for an additional 2 option years (3+1+1) with the company that best meets our requirements.
