Lhtako Dené First Nation invites sealed tenders for the construction of the Lhtako Dené Health Centre from qualified general contractors.

Amendments to a submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing at the offices of Michael Green Architecture or by email prior to bid closing, and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the offer.
Any addenda issued during the bid period will only be sent to those parties registered as having received a set of Bid Documents. Contractors are requested to register with the Consultant by e-mail (see contact information) of their intent to participate in the tender bid. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid and sent via email to all interested bidders.
Lhtako Dené First Nation will evaluate the tenders of those proponents which, in the Owners absolute discretion, are deemed to provide the best value to the Lhtako Dené First Nation. Factors which the Owner will consider when assessing best value include:
The current specifications target the CCDC-2 2008 Stipulated Price Contract, however an addenda will be issued at a later date updating the specifications to be aligned with the CCDC-2 2020 Stipulated Price Contract.
The relative weight given to each of the above factors will be at the sole discretion of Lhtako Dené First Nation.
Lhtako Dené First Nation reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
