operators for the use of the 443 square metre of furnished New Spaces ChildCare space at Hans
Helgesen Elementary School, dedicated outdoor play space as well as use of the playground area for
before & after school care. The new childcare space is currently under construction, comes with a
budget for furnishings and equipment and is scheduled for completion in summer 2026. The lease rate is
$13.00 per square metre per month, inclusive of custodial and utility costs. These rates are subject to
annual review by SD62.
