Sealed Bids marked “BID NO. SE-PW-2024 SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT” will be received at the office of the Director of Operations – 477 Pine Avenue, Sparwood, BC V0B 2G0, up to and including 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Tuesday September 10, 2024, for the following equipment:
• Kohler generator set Model 55RZ82-3 Phase (propane fuel/natural gas) 1160 hrs
• 72-inch tractor mower attachment – Rear PTO – 3pt Hitch
• Front mount 52-inch broom – PTO driven - John Deer
• 65-inch LCD Sharp TV
• Concrete pavers 15x15x2 inch bid on lot (34 pieces)
• Concrete planters 32-inch x 30-inch - bid per planter (8 available)
• Stainless steel basket - top diameter 55-inch bottom 36-inch height 32-inch
• Arena glass various sizes - bid on lot (5 pieces)
• Orange arena chairs - bid on lot approx. 200 chairs

The equipment is available for sale on an “as is/where is” basis (radios and decals to be removed).
The Bid form is included in the documents. There will be no public opening.
Bidders may view the sale item at the District of Sparwood Public Works Yard at 477 Pine Avenue, Sparwood, BC, August 27 to September 06, 2024, by appointment only. Please call (250) 425-7760 to set up an appointment. Check-in with the Public Works Office, on site, is required prior to viewing.
