Description
- Maintenance of components required for the application to function in a normal manner;
- Provision of telephone and technical support within 60 minutes of a call, Monday to Friday;
- Assistance with backup / recovery of data or programs as required;
- Verification of problems identified by the users and resolve errors / inconsistencies reported and ranked as urgent by the users;
- Estimation, development and implementation of any enhancements ranked as a high priority by the users and as budget allows;
- Assistance with keeping the application operational as operating systems, government security policies and MS Access are updated, as required;
- Assisting the Branch, CANADA and other resources with research data extractions, as required; and,
- Ensuring the documentation is kept up-to-date with application changes
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s).
