City of Prince George (the “City”) is seeking a contractor for the labour, materials, tools, equipment, services and supervision required to screen, repair and refinish hardwood flooring within the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre’s (PGCCC) Auditorium. This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
