Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into contract (Appendix A) with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to replace the existing centre-hung LED display board at BC Place Stadium that meets the specifications defined in section 1. 
The contract is expected to commence on February 28, 2025. The removal of the existing equipment will be scheduled according to PavCo’s event calendar to ensure that the screens remain operable for events. The Centre-Hung LED display board replacement project must be completed by February 2, 2026. Proponents will receive PavCo’s events calendar for review, and are asked to propose two installation schedules based on the following windows:
Window 1: during the 2025 season, working around the stadium's event schedule within a defined and agreed upon timeframe. All work must be completed between March 3, 2025 and November 21, 2025.
Window 2: between November 24, 2025 and February 2, 2026.
