Description
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain consultant support for a 21-month period to undertake all aspects of project management, design and execution for three multi-agency exercises to be conducted within the City of Vancouver (CoV), in support of the FIFA World Cup 2026TM.  These exercises will be held at dates to be confirmed, between Q4 2024 and Q1 2026, with scoping, engagement and design work to begin in Q3 of 2024.

Although the Contractor will be providing (goods/services) to the City under the Agreement that the City will use to host FIFA World Cup 26 matches in Vancouver, the Contractor agrees that it will not have or acquire any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26 because of the services or the Agreement. The Contractor will not claim that it has any affiliation or association with FIFA or FIFA World Cup 26.
 
The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
