Description
Employment and Social Development Canada is seeking the needs of a Master Data Management Market (MDM) Analysis to provide supporting advice to define and prioritize the business drivers and use cases for an MDM capability that will deliver a single-client-view at the point of service and enable cross-program insights that improve client service and program administration. This advice will supplement ongoing ESDC analysis to determine a solution that encompasses best practices and the latest technological developments. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses, only if two or more responsive bids are received from Indigenous businesses.
