OBJECTIVES OF THE REQUIREMENT
The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a Contractor to conduct the necessary work to minimize the threat of pollution from the Zalinski.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a Contractor to conduct the necessary work to minimize the threat of pollution from the Zalinski.
The Contractor must:
I. Perform the following tasks:
1. Familiarize themselves with all previous reports by CCG of the wreck;
2. Fabricate pollution domes;
3. Install pollution domes;
4. Remove damaged valves;
5. Conduct bulk oil removal, and disposal of oil;
6. Remove and replace all faulty valves;
7. Stop Leaks;
8. Conduct a final assessment and;
9. Provide reports
II. Follow Diving and Pumping Specifications and;
III. Provide a tug, barge and equipment services to assist CCG Environmental Response crew
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT
The period of the Contract is from Contract award until 15 November, 2024.
SECURITY
No Security clearance required, escort required at DFO sites.

The requirement is subject to the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization–Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the mandatory evaluation criteria as detailed herein. Bidders’ Proposals must clearly demonstrate that they meet all Mandatory Requirements for the proposal to be considered for further evaluation. Proposals not meeting the mandatory criteria will be excluded from further consideration. Please consult the tender documents for more information.
