INVITATION TO TENDER
R.M. of Arborfield No. 456 is accepting formal tenders for the replacement of a 2017 John Deere 872G Motor Grader.
The replacement grader shall be an All-Wheel Drive, similar horse power as the grader being traded-in, and be equipped to meet all safety and environmental standards.
The tender shall include the price for a new snow wing assembly and rear ripper;
The grader to be equipped with Michelin Snow Plus Tires;
The grader to include cold weather package;
The tender to detail the warranty options on the grader
The tender to include the delivery timeline
The date of delivery shall be no earlier than January 1 2023 and no later than May, 2023.
The tender is to include a price without a trade-in and a price with a trade-in on the grader.
The closing date of the tender is, December 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. It shall be noted that the lowest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted. Tenders to be emailed or faxed to the following: arbor456@sasktel.net or fax 306-769-8301, you may also drop off at the RM office, clearly marked tender for grader.
