This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Internal Services, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority, to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Medical Device Reprocessing Instrument Management System Solution for NSHAs Medical Device Reprocessing department at the Dartmouth General Hospital (DGH). The scope is limited to the DGH at this time; however, to meet the longer-term goals of the NSHA, the solution should be scalable for use at multiple NSHA facilities. NSHA is looking for a single contract with a prime vendor. This contract is to include, but not be limited to, the following components:
1. Professional Services Instrument Marking/Identification Methodology
2. MDR Instrument Management Software (MDR IM Software)
3. Remote/Cloud Hosting Services
4. Required Hardware and Equipment Associated Support and Maintenance
