    Title:

    Shuttle Services in the National Capital Region.

    Description of Requirement:

    Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking a shuttle service Contractor for the transportation of employees, volunteers, suppliers/artists/craftspeople working on various event sites, or for VIP guests, in the National Capital Region (Quebec and Ontario).

    Duration of Contract:

    The initial period of the contract is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, inclusively.
    The first optional period is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, inclusively.
    The second optional period is from January 1, 2028, to December 31, 2028, inclusively.

    Evaluation Process and Selection Methodology

    An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

    There are no security requirements.
