The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualification (the “RFSQ”) is to solicit proposals from legal firms for Legal Consulting Services in the following areas of law:
• Canadian Labour Relations and Employment;
• Commercial Real Estate;
• Commercial;
• Corporate and Commercial Litigation;
• Corporate Law and Corporate Governance;
• Entertainment
• Intellectual Property;
• Information Technology
• International Employment;
• Marketing and Advertising;
• Pensions and Benefits;
• Official Languages.
• Procurement and Outsourcing;
• Taxation; and
• Such other areas of law as may be required by DC from time to time.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/01.
