    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

    - 3.7 – Procurement Specialist

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for the services of Procurement Specialist resources at the junior, intermediate and senior levels to support DFO procurement activities on an “as-and-when requested basis” through Task Authorizations.

    The initial requirement is estimated to be three (3) resources, one (1) resource per level of expertise, shortly after contract award. Throughout the contract period, it is estimated that the required number of resources can fluctuate from 0 to 7 resources at various levels of expertise at any given time frame.

    DFO intends to award one (1) contract for this requirement as a result of this solicitation process.

    The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to June 30, 2024 inclusive.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to June 30 2024.
