Description
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has a requirement for repair and preventative maintenance (PM) service on its Physical Security Access Control System for 3851 Fallowfield Road, Nepean, Ontario, K2H 8P9. This will include a scheduled preventative maintenance program, and as-and-when needed repairs on an on-call basis.
Mandatory Site Visit:
All Bidders must attend a site visit. Prior to the site visit date, Bidders must inform the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. See section 2.6 of the Request For Proposal for details regarding the site visit.
