The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) Digital Comptrollership Program (DCP) requires Business Transformation Architect (BTA) consulting services on an “as and when requested basis to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise Application Life Cycle management (ALM) polices, standards, services, processes, and solutions and provide guidance to underpin the operating model that supports the Government of Canada (GC) Digital Core.
