    Description

    The Correctional Service of Canada has a requirement to provide Cable Television (CATV) Services to various office locations.

    Objectives
    To provide CATV Services throughout the CSC office locations in the National Capital Region (NCR).

    Deliverables
    The Contractor must provide the following deliverables:

    1. Ongoing CATV service;
    2. As and when required, installation, maintenance, warranty and support services associated with the CATV service;
    3. All hardware and software components required for a fully functioning CATV service with the exception of television sets;
    4. All cabling and ancillary equipment associated with the CATV service; and
    5. A bilingual (English and French) customer service.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/05/01.
