    1.0 Title:

    Provision of Janitorial Services for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) E&I Workshop and Office Space

    2.0 Location of Work:

    72 West Street, St. Anthony, NL, A0K 4S0

    Geographical Coordinates: Latitude = 51.369159, Longitude = -55.596581

    3.0 Facility:

    Constructed in 1995, the one level building is 652 m2 (7018 ft2) housing both the E&I Workshop and Office plus the Lifeboat Station Office and Accommodations. This contact is strictly for the E&I Workshop and Office space. The portion of the building houses approximately 3 employees. Floor plans are on Appendix “C” with the service area highlighted.

    4.0 Objective:

    The objective is to acquire janitorial services and supplies at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans E & I Workshop and Office Space

    5.0 Scop of Work

    The Contractor must provide Janitorial services for areas included in APPENDIX “C” of Annex A BUILDING FLOOR PLAN as outlined every Tuesday and Thursday of the calendar year unless otherwise stated.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/07/01.
