This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
Description of the Requirement: The Leadership and Culture Change Directorate, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), has a specific requirement for the services of an organization/consultant to undertake the planning (including guidelines and framework), research and consultation, design, piloting, facilitator preparation and implementation stages of a comprehensive leadership program for a non-Indigenous audience of managers and executives. The end product of this project is the Indigenous Leadership Practices Program, which consists of a variety of learning products that introduce Indigenous leadership best practices to an audience of non-Indigenous managers and executives.
Proposed period of contract: The period of the contract is from the date of contract award to March 31, 2024, with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods.
Security: There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
Applicable Trade Agreements: This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
