    Ongoing Opportunity for qualification

CSC may post a RFSO multiple times a year depending on CSC’s need to invite and qualify new offerors for the provision of services.

CSC will not require existing pre-qualified offerors, who have been issued a Standing Offer (SO) to submit an offer.

    • New Offerors: Throughout the Standing Offer Period, new suppliers may be invited to submit offers to become Offerors. No existing Offeror will be removed from the qualified Offeror list because of the addition of new Offerors.
