    Title: Interior Renovation Project – Rankin Inlet, NU

    Solicitation Number: M5000-23-2509/A

    This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs): Nunavut Land Claims Agreement under the Treasury Board Directive on Government Contracts, Including Real Property Leases, in the Nunavut Settlement Area.

    Only Indigenous businesses listed on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR) are eligible to obtain tender documents and submit bids: https://inuitfirm.tunngavik.com/

    This procurement is set aside from all the relevant trade agreements pursuant to the set-aside provisions for Indigenous businesses or for small and minority businesses.

    Description:
    The Government of Canada (GOC) owned building, located in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, requires minor interior and exterior upgrades, including painting, removal of mold. Replacement of flooring, replacement of window/casing. Replacing exterior plywood affected by moisture, replace toilet, tub surround.
    The Contractor must supply all parts, labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the interior renovations at the GOC buildings, as described in Invitation to Tender and supporting documents.
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2024 March 31st
    There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
    Basis of Selection: Highest Combined Point Rating of the Inuit Benefit Plan, which includes Inuit Benefits Criteria (IBC), Nunavut Benefits Criteria (NBC) and Price, will be recommended for contract award.

    Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
