    Description

    The Office of the Secretary to the Governor General (OSGG) requires foil stamping, embossing, engraving and printing services is responsible for all communications related to public and private events and activities held at Rideau Hall.

    While wanting to maintain the tradition of producing high quality products for Rideau Hall’s events and activities, the OSGG recognizes the importance of taking effective action to combat climate change and transition to a low-carbon emissions and circular economy. Whether in its own decision-making
    processes or in its interactions with federal partners and private, public or non-profit organizations, the OSGG is continually considering mitigation of the environmental impact of its actions. The OSGG continues to find ways to reduce emissions, striving to be ever more environmentally responsible.

    The Office of the Secretary to Governor General (OSGG) requires a full range of printing services (including commercial printing, business card printing, reprographics/duplicating, specialized printing services [i.e., booklets, certificates, foil stamping, embossing, engraving and printing services (loose
    sheet products, bound publications, specialty single sheet products]) and related services on an “as and when required basis”.

    The period of the Contract is from contract award date and will end a year later (exact date will be inserted a contract award), inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/07.
