Construction Management Services - New K-8 School, Seven Oaks School Division

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Prairie Architects Inc. (PAI) on behalf of the owner of the project, the Seven Oaks School Division (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a new K-8 Dual Track School located in the intersection of Murray Avenue and Mira Gate, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).

PAI is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

Site Visit:
There is no mandatory site visit for this proposal, however, should proponents wish to visit the site, it is located at the intersection of Murray Avenue and Mira Gate in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Refer to attached Site Plan schematic in Appendix 11 for additional information.

Deadline for questions March 29, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at jake@prairiearchitects.ca. Prairie Architects Inc. (PAI) will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is April 12, 2023 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
