#305-195-022 Food Beverage and Food Service Products
Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) invites offers from Suppliers for the supply of Food Beverage and Food Service Products.
MAI requires the supply of food, beverage and food service products (the “Deliverables”) to its vessels. The supplier will procure, warehouse, supply, and deliver the Deliverables directly to the vessels.
MAI will accept delivery proposals to a single port at either North Sydney, Nova Scotia, or Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland.
Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, April 21, 2023
All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.
Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered.

Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (MAI) invite les fournisseurs à soumettre des offres pour la fourniture de produits alimentaires, de boissons et de services de restauration.
MAI exige la fourniture de produits alimentaires, de boissons et de services de restauration (« les livrables ») pour ses navires. Le fournisseur devra assurer l’achat, l’entreposage, l’approvisionnement et la livraison des livrables directement aux navires.
MAI acceptera les propositions de livraison vers un seul port, à savoir North Sydney (Nouvelle-Écosse) ou Port Aux Basques (Terre-Neuve).
Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d’accepter des soumissions dans leur totalité ou en partie. La soumission la plus basse ou toute autre soumission ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
La date de clôture pour la réception des soumissions sera le 21 avril 2023 à 14 h, heure de l’Atlantique.
Tous les documents susmentionnés relatifs à cette demande de services ne seront disponibles que sur le site Web de soumission électronique de Merx.
Les soumissions doivent être déposées par voie électronique à l’aide de MERX EBS. Seules les réponses déposées de cette manière seront prises en considération.
