UNDERGRADUATE VIEWBOOK: PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of the Undergraduate Viewbook: Production and Delivery in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals. Bidders must quote the entire bid.  Partial bids will not be accepted.  Published once a year, the Viewbook is one of the University’s main print publications for Student Recruitment. The Viewbook brings prospective students and key influencers on a McMaster journey, creating opportunities to explore, learn and connect with McMaster University. By offering a holistic summary of the academic programs, career possibilities, student life and ways to integrate and grow in the community, financial aid and scholarship offerings, and student support services, the Viewbook is a starting point for key audience groups learning about post-secondary options. The term of this agreement is for an initial term of one (1) year with an option to renew for up to an additional two (2) years to be renewed on a yearly basis as required, at McMaster’s sole discretion.  The anticipated start date of the contract is June 1st, 2023, subject to change at McMaster’s sole discretion.   It is anticipated that McMaster will change the features of the publication to create a different “look” each year. Those modifications may include a change in page count, stock, ink, and finishing, subject to McMaster’s discretion. x2 delivery sites McMaster Campus & Metro Toronto Convention Centre .
