Description
The intention is to retain two (2) consulting firms to perform waste/contamination assessment and management activities for various projects in Central Region. Typical services include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) (i.e., background research, records review, site inspections), Phase II ESAs (i.e., intrusive soil and ground water testing, contaminant delineation), detailed site investigations, site remediation, contaminant management, risk assessments, non-intrusive geophysical investigations, strategies for disposal of accumulated waste materials, excess soils work, designated substances/hazardous materials surveys. The assignments will be conducted, as required, for property acquisition, land management, building demolition, ESAs and in the event emergency situations arise.
