The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
For the purpose of this RFP, a “Newcomer” is defined as an individual(s) born outside of Canada (or born in Canada but raised outside of Canada) and arriving to Manitoba as to work as an employee of the Purchasers.
The Coordinating Entity requires the services from a Supplier to provide or assist in finding safe and affordable temporary long-term accommodations (e.g. rental housing) and/or permanent housing for Newcomers in Winnipeg, rural, and northern/remote locations in Manitoba.
