Request for Standing Offer For Professional Services in (1) Project Governance a

This Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Professional Services in any of (1) Project Governance and Oversight OR (2) Implementation and Delivery OR (3) Information Management and Information Technology (IMIT) as further described in Section A of the RFSO Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFSO and administering the RFSO process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFSO Particulars (Appendix B). The Coordinating Entity is establishing: Category 1: A Standing Offer with a number of qualified suppliers who will be provided the opportunity to respond to invitational second stage competitions related to Project Governance and Oversight; and Category 2: A Standing Offer with a number of qualified suppliers who will be provided the opportunity to respond to invitational second stage competitions related to Implementation and Delivery; and Category 3: A Standing Offer with a number of qualified suppliers who will be provided the opportunity to respond to invitational second stage competitions related to IMIT services. The Purchaser has numerous legacy clinical and business systems and will potentially be procuring additional systems and modernizing existing systems within the coming years. This RFSO is being issued to qualify suppliers who will be responsible for some or all of the Purchaser responsibilities for governance, oversight, implementation, upgrades or enhancements within one or multiple Service Delivery Organizations (SDOs), or may be fully provincial in scope. Project implementations may run independently, concurrently or consecutively. The Purchaser will have the sole discretion to determine if/when these suppliers will be engaged. It is not intended that all project related work will be provided through these suppliers. There is NO commitment to any volumes or level of engagement to the suppliers, and related services may not necessarily be procured from these suppliers. All services will be as/when required determined solely at the discretion of the Purchaser. This RFSO does not commit the Coordinating Entity and/or Purchaser(s) to any volume of business with any supplier(s) and is strictly a prequalification. There is no financial commitment being made under this RFSO, and any subsequent services will be on an as/when required basis. NOTE: Respondents are able to respond to and be qualified under any Category of this RFSO.
