This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Translation and American Sign Language Interpretation Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
