This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective vendors to qualify for eligibility to Supply, Delivery and Install of Dental Equipment/ Appliances on and “as and when” requested basis and to select a vendor for the supply and delivery of an immediate dental equipment requirement as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
