TBRHSC is intending to enter into a contract with a qualified Proponent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the delivery of Commissioning Authority Services through the project design and construction. The project objective is to complete a new 20,000 square foot addition and renovation of a new Cardiovascular Surgery (CVS) program and existing Medical Department Reprocessing Department (MDRD) of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC).
