    Description
    • Invitation -  the University of Ottawa (the “University”) seeks Tier 1 Food Service Providers (see definition at end of RFP if requried) to submit Proposals to become a strategic service provider for food services for the campus when this current agreement is expiring on May 31st 2025.  The chosen provider must be able to demonstrate proficiency, excellence and culinary vision in delivering food services to the University community at Locations listed in RFP and non-exclusive catering rights across campus as further described in the Deliverables
    • Term - It is anticipated that the initial term the contract will be for 5 years and options of 3 x 5-year segments for a total of (20) twenty years
    • Mandatory Site- Visit - All Proponents that signed NDAs and attended the Mandatory Briefing and On-Site visit will be given access to the complete Annexes, Schedules and Appendices that form the RFP process body, (a maximum of 3 team members per proponent will be permitted).
