VIA RAIL issues this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of hotel accommodation in London, for on-board employees, corporate employees traveling for business or leisure  as well as passengers affected by a train disruption. 
VIA is also seeking an optionnal service for shuttle services to/from the station and the future hotel that will be awarded a contract through this tender for its on-board employees.
