Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for Underground Utility Services.

The Work shall consist of the installation of steel and polyethylene distribution mains and service piping including appurtenances as well as the installation of the electric distribution connections along with other participating utility and communication companies.

The location of the Work is in the following contract areas as shown in Appendix A – Contract Area Map:
• Group A: Winnipeg West and Rural Central
• Group B: Winnipeg East and Rural East
• Group C: Rural West

The Contractor shall coordinate all Work, materials and invoicing with the participating utilities and communication companies.
