Description
This construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2023-4098.

The purpose of this project is to address operational and capacity concerns, improve safety and better accommodate future increase in traffic volumes with construction of a new modern roundabout at the intersection of Highway 15 and County Road 42 in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Township of Rideau Lakes.
  • The proposed work includes:
    • Construction of a new modern roundabout
    • Realignment of the east approach of County Road 42
    • New illumination
    • Resurfacing of approximately 860 m of Highway 15 north and south of the new roundabout
The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services.  The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS).

The assignment is planned for 2 years, starting in September 2025 and will extend until November 2026.
